Position: COURTESY VAN DRIVER

Reports To: Service Manager / Sales Director

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Purpose

The Courtesy Van Driver returns customers to their homes and drives short pre-determined routes. Insures individuals safely enter and exit the vehicle and follow all safety guidelines while on board.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follows written directions to off-site locations, schedules deliveries and pick-ups in a timely manner. 
• Stays in touch with Dealership Management for additional pickup information. 
• Inspects courtesy vehicle to identify and record service needs either on the exterior, interior or general maintenance (fuel, wash, dry, check/replenish liquids, tires, etc.) to maintain safety and cleanliness. 
• Maintains vehicle in a clean and neat manner. 
• Obeys all state, federal and Department of Motor Vehicle laws and regulations obeying speed limit at all times. 
• Adhere to work schedule and arrive at work before your scheduled start time and be at your work station productively engaged by the scheduled time. 
• Complies with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety and personal protection equipment as required. 
• Adhere to established dress code policy at all times. 
• Safeguard customer and Dealer information per established policy. 
• Exemplifies organizational culture and holds others in department accountable for doing the same. 
• Accomplishes all current and future tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. 
• Other related duties as may be assigned.

License/Certifications: Valid California Drivers License.
